Cromwell Medical and Central Lakes Trust Centre
Role: Architectural Design and Structural Engineering
Commissioned to undertake the complete Architectural design and Structural Engineering of the new local medical centre that provides full family medical care and the only 24 hr emergency care within the area. The project included CAD modelling and full design management.
Metropolitan Police Service
Role: Logistic Services and IT Equipment Installation
KPS provided logistic services for transport and distribution within the Greater London area as part of a wider IT equipment implementation. Additional services included IT Services during the installation. Kiwi also carried out site surveys and developed detailed reports to assist in the overall project management.
New Zealand Olympic Team - London 2012 Kiwi House
Role: Project Management (build + installation of a pop-up bar)
KPS provided a Construction & Project Manager for the build and installation of a pop-up bar in St Martins Arts College, King's Cross, London. The build involved an inside bar plus outside area including self-supporting BBQ structure. This project was challenging due to the very constrained build and installation time frame, and specifications that all internal and external areas be returned in an unchanged state.
