Role: Commercial Management & Logistics Services
Project Description: 165,000 ft2 fit-out from shell and core of legal offices including client conference suite, dining and kitchen facilities, training suite, practice group office floors, space for facilities and support departments, reception, café, business lounge and structural alterations to the ground floor to incorporate a mezzanine slab and interlinking staircases.
Hewlett Packard Data Centre (formerly EDS) - Unit 1 Wynyard 360, Samsung Avenue, Wynyard, Stockton On Tees
Role: Commercial Management & Logistics Services
The EDS (an HP company) North East Data Centre is housed in a 300,000 ft2 existing distribution warehouse. Four data halls of 1,200m2 with a power capacity of 2260 watts per m2 were constructed, elevated above a 5m high ventilated floor void. This data centre was the first large scale low energy facility in the UK.

KPS provided various logistic solutions to multiple projects both in London and the North. Services included, labour, transport, storage and waste removal.

Role: Commercial Management & Logistics Services
Split over 95,000 ft2 fit-out of levels 1 and 2 for landlord to become two headquarters buildings including raised floors, suspended ceilings, decorations throughout and high level M&E services. The specialist fit-out of the clients Plot 6 marketing Suite was negotiated as an addition to the main contract.
Norton Rose LLP - 3 More London Riverside, Bankside, London SE1
Role: Commercial Management
244,000 ft2 fit-out for new client area including scenic lifts, meeting rooms, dining rooms, restaurant, cafe, auditorium, main and satellite computer rooms, associated resilient services, highly cellular general office space and back of house areas.
