Kiwi Project Services has been involved with several large scale developments and refurbishment projects, including providing logistical support for onsite services through to project and commercial management.
IG Index - Levels 5 & 6, Cannon Bridge House, London
Role: Commercial Management & Logistics Services
The project consisted of 6,000 m2 (65,000 ft2) fit-out of levels 5 and 6 for new headquarters. The project included raised floors, suspended ceilings, system partitions, joinery, decorations throughout and high and low level M&E services. KPS's role included providing labour and transportation services to support the principal contractor in managing the office fit-out works, and the infrastructure works to the roof and basement levels.
Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) - 135 & 250 Bishopsgate, London
Role: Commercial Management & Logistics Services
This project consisted of critical infrastructure upgrades including; security system upgrade and light refresh architectural works for RBS at their fully occupied building, consisting of 260,000 ft2 over 10 floors. The schedule of works included the re-carpeting and re-decorating of all the floors whilst also upgrading the security systems and completely re-fitting the executive meeting rooms.
