Regan McMillan

BA, PGDGM

Regan is founder and Managing Director of Kiwi. Regan has over 12 years of private and public sector experience working in New Zealand, Australia, South Korea, Central Asia and the UK.

Regan has a successful background of delivering projects within the Technology and Logistics Sectors and Government Agencies.

Regan has also worked within the City of London and Channel Islands as a consultant to senior executives and non-executive directors within the financial services sector.

Regan has a bachelor's degree in Economics and Political Science from the University of New South Wales and is a graduate of the Australian Defence Force Academy and Royal Military College Duntroon. Regan served as an Infantry Officer in the New Zealand Army, operating in numerous overseas locations and fulfilling a variety of challenging roles leading highly skilled teams, providing advice and analysis to government and cabinet, and developing and implementing organisational structures and training. Regan continues to serve within the Reserves as a Major within the The Rifles.

Ryan Gibbons

BA(Hons), MABM

Ryan is the Operations Manager of Kiwi. He has worked on a variety of challenging projects with experience fulfilling both hands-on site project management roles, and contract management functions, offering a high degree of professionalism and technical experience gained throughout his working history.

Ryan has worked with with a variety of SME's, government agencies, contractors and multi-national's in sectors such as Property, Construction, Logistics, Shipping, Warehousing and Distribution, Storage and Professional Services. He has a strong track record of working on challenging and demanding projects throughout the UK and Southern Africa. 

He has a strong track record of successfully working on challenging projects within the commercial sector, with demonstrated robustness, organisational skills, and attention to detail.

Ryan has an Honours Degree in Economics and Commerce and a Masters in Business Management (Honours) from the University of Essex. 

Josh Koops

BA

Josh is the Commercial Manager of Kiwi. He has a background in Logistics and Finance including managing the international exports of a leading global grain exporter. 

He has a successful background in senior account management including international exports and construction services. Josh brings a proven history of delivering efficient and innovative solutions to his clients. 

Josh has a bachelor's degree in Commerce, with Majors in Finance and Marketing from Deakin University in Victoria, Australia.  

Graeme McMillan

B.Eng(Hons), CPEng, IntEng(NZ), AFIM MIPENZ RPEQ 

Graeme is the founder and principal of GM Designs, Kiwi’s New Zealand based arm. Graeme has over 35 years’ experience within the project sector, having worked within both the Government and Private sectors. Graeme has a diverse background having overseen significant engineering works from bridge design to complex commercial buildings. Additionally, Graeme has numerous business interests spanning international business and board appointments.

Most recently Graeme was specifically chosen by the New Zealand Government to assist with the February 2011 earthquake in Christchurch. During this time Graeme was designated one of the principal engineers overseeing engineering for the city during the initial response period.

Graeme has an Honours degree in Engineering (Civil) from the University of Canterbury
